Pet Policy

We understand that pets are part of the family. That's why your pets are welcome to join our community at Riverstone.

A non-refundable pet fee is due at move-in: $350 for one pet and an additional $150 for a second pet, 2 pets maximum. Pet rent is $25/month per pet. Veterinary records are required at move-in and may be requested at renewal.

Pet Breed Restrictions: Akita, Bullmastiff, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Fila Brasileiro, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Pit Bull Terrier, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier and Wolf-Hybrids. If you have pets, contact our leasing office for more details.

“I've lived in Riverstone for 6 months and believe it is a wonderful place to live. I was seeking a safe, clean, nice place that was quiet with nice neighbors. RiverStone has been exactly what I hoped for. My apartment is spacious, very accessible to the highway and many restaurants/shops in either direction. I feel very safe (there is a gate and fence). If you are seeking to become involved in a community, Riverstone provides opportunities for that as well. The pool & club area are very nice!"

“I have lived at Riverstone since June 2012. The amenities are some of the best in Macon. The club house, pool and gym are always well maintained and operational. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate residents. They also have several resident appreciation events throughout the year. Riverstone is also close to several restaurants, shopping centers, and other local activities. I have lived at other apartments & have friends at several other apartments.
